Heavy Metals Test Results
We are working every day to ensure that all our Little Remedies products meet the highest standards of quality, as well as all regulatory requirements. Two laws - California Health and Safety Code § 110692-110693 and Maryland Code Ann., Health-General § 21-330.4 – require us to test our products for the presence of four “heavy metals”: lead, mercury, arsenic, and cadmium. In compliance with those laws, this table presents the results of our testing on each lot of Honey Cough Syrup and Gripe Water manufactured after January 1, 2024. The levels are extremely low, or non-detectable. We do not add any of these metals as ingredients to our products. Instead, because these products are formulated from plants and honey, they contain trace levels of metals found naturally in the earth’s crust.
